THE ORGANISER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MATCHMAKING IF YOUR DIVISION IS EMPTY BUT MAY MAKE CHANGES IF THEY SEE FIT AND YOU HAVE GIVEN PERMISSION.

It is the athlete's responsibility to process refunds if they wish to withdraw. No refunds will be processed by event staff. No refunds after midday on 30th June 2020

Doors will open at 9:30am both days. First matches will be 11am.

Weigh ins will be on the day you fight, just before your first match. Competitors must weigh in with their gi and belt on. If you fail to make weight you will be DQ'd. You will not be able to move divisions.

Free car parking is available behind the facility.

Spectator fees are £5 per person, payable on the day.

BJJ Matches will follow IBJJF rules. 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or admission. The respect rule will be in operation and any competitor, coach or spectator that breaks this rule may be removed from the event.
